Perfect 10s are a bit to big , but my bars with a top load are nearly as high. No problems with my topload at all, been pretty good

Depends what you like though, everyone's different . Odyssey metal pedals are the best I've had, years old and still going strong, plastic pedals are shit. If you go for pedals that are sealed there roughly the same kinda thing ,
